  1. Wow, look at those seriously red shutters!
    I really enjoyed my only visit to Nassau, Bahamas, and thought I could enjoy living there. I think I'd have green shutters, however. LOL

  8. RED IS THE HUE

    A touch of scarlet, a bit of red,
    Ribbons of crimson around your head;
    Everyone looking for color knows
    Red is the hue that defines the rose.

    (Bahamian houses too, I suppose!)

    I've been to Nassau many times but I liked the long, narrow island of Eleuthera best.

    Gattina -
    I agree that this Bahamian house could stand some fresh paint on its shutters!

    Vicki Lane -
    I live just a couple of miles from that pretty Pacific scene on my header. I can't wait till spring when the daisies are in full bloom again!

    Joanna Jenkins -
    That Bahamian house really caught my attention, with its bright red shutters. It just needs a new paint job.

    Manuela -
    I think shutters in a turquoise or a blue to match the beautiful ocean there would be nice.

    You're right. People wouldn't have too much trouble finding this house!

    I think a few hurricanes have stripped the paint on those shutters but they still stand out!
