Friday Flash 55 - Down the Rabbit Hole - April 22, 2011

I saw the wierdest rabbit,

He was very strange to me,

I hadn't had a single drink,

So I was sober as could be.

He hippity hopped everywhere,

Leaving baskets that he'd made,

They were really exceptional,

For these were eggs HE'D laid!!

Hens asked to have a little rest,

Easter bunny passed the test!

Where did that Easter rabbit go,

Careening here and there,

He’s running willy nilly,

Dropping baskets everywhere.

I saw tons of chocolate candy,

And jellies by the heaps,

With lots of little cuddly toys,

And at least a zillion Peeps.

 

Somehow, that bunny passed me by,

Woe is me, I’m going to cry!
