Ruby Tuesday, Flowers of Marbella, Spain, February 8, 2011

Marbella, Spain is a beautiful vacation spot on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia.  It is
enjoyed by the rich and famous, many of whom arrive by yacht.  It has luxury hotels
and condos, excellent restaurants, golf and tennis and all kinds of water sports.  I
came by cruise ship on a transatlantic crossing, disembarking in Malaga and spent
three lovely days there, enjoying this ancient Spanish city and the towns nearby.

I am participating in Ruby Tuesday - check out the site and join in the fun.

  3. The blue bricks provide a stunning accent to the equally stunning red geraniums.

    A DAMSEL WHO LOVED SHADES OF RED

    A damsel who loved shades of red
    Discovered she’d been sore misled;
    She had no more rose,
    Nor blush for her nose—
    If she finds the thief, the guy’s dead!

  7. It's a beautiful place isn't it Carmen? A little too rich for my purse though! Fuengirola, just along the coast, is more suited to my level of poverty.
