While San Francisco isn't the way it was when I moved here 33 years ago, it is still my favorite place in the U. S., in terms of cities.

I don't know how I'd ever live far from the ocean after 33 years of being here. I also lived about 5 years in the Boston area and a couple of years in Tampa, FL. I like knowing the water is close by, even if I don't see it every day.

Are you still in the Bay area then? I am actually in Daly City - have lived in San Mateo county for 33 years. I love this area.
San Francisco is one of the most gorgeous cites in the US.
