Yellow Roses - Mellow Yellow Monday, 6-7-2010
As my life is growing shorter, I feel I can't afford to waste it. Things have to matter more, I can't squander a minute. I want to make the most of the time I have left. At 65, I can no longer delude myself that I have unlimited seconds, minutes, hours remaining. I can't dwell on the regrets but I can look to the future and make the most of what still remains. I fully intend to do that as long as I remain on this earth.
I'll be bound for two nights at lighthouse hostels, about 30 miles from home, with my dear friend, Silvia, enjoying a little scenic interlude on the Pacific coast. I'll catch up on your wonderful blogs and my comments on Wednesday!
