Musings and meanderings, poetic and otherwise, photography, travels, recipes, whatever comes my way that seems interesting to my gray matter!
Okay that field of flowers with that cliff in the background in your header - priceless!
Makes you want to go visit.Have a great Wednesday!http://harrietandfriends.com/2010/07/when-donkeys-fly/
Gorgeous photos! I've always wanted to go to Venice.Happy Wordless Wednesday.
Hey, just looking at all that water makes me feel a little cooler. I wonder if the waterways does keep the city cooler than most?
Great photos, Carmen.
Such an intriguing city and the mercy of flooding tides and whims of the sea.
Amazing shorelines...I love that first photo.
A beautiful header photo! I thought Venice was sinking butypur photos show a well maintained city that seems to be keeping the water out of the homes.
It certainly seems like a good place to be.
Ooo, you've brought back some happy memories for me. I so enjoyed walking around Venice and still have the glass beads I bought 23 years ago. My dear sister remembered how much I like the beads and, on a visit, bought me some more a few years back.
Those are some lovely shots!
Amazing photos! Reading your profile and I come to one conclusion: I LOVE YOUR LIFE! When I'm 65 I will very happy to see just half of many places you've been to! And to be able find the job we really love is rare, and I'm sorry you lost your position.... I'm 32 have not yet found my dream job! Thanks for your cheeky comment earlier, love it! :D

A year ago next week, my daughter went on her honeymoon there. I have never been, it looks lovely.
When I was in Italy just a week or two ago, I was having a hard time deciding where to spend my last days- in Venice or in the Italian Riviera. Ultimately, I chose the Italian Riviera. And I can see your photos of Venice. :) Lovely. :)Congratulations on the publishing of your new book! I am so happy for you! :) And I am happy for Josep Marie's kind words for you! :) Take care ♥
