Priyanka Bhowmick - I just wish I hadn't gained a hundred pounds over the years. Since my back surgery 25 years ago, I've become so sedentary.
rainfield61 - It's fun looking back at the pictures of our youth...I was so thin back then - and I loved to ride horses and judo was one of my favorite ways of staying active.
Indrani - Even to this day, I love those bright tropical colors. That hasn't changed!
La - My boys keep encouraging me to exerise so I'll regain my youthful figure. I keep telling them my body doesn't bend the way it did back then!
Jidhu Jose - Thank you, sir, for the compliment!
imriz - I never thought I looked like jackie o. though I've had about a dozen people, over the years, tell me I resemble Elizabeth Taylor. I don't see the resemblance at all.
Poetic Shutterbug - I don't think the face has changed all that much..a bit fatter and a few wrinkles but, oh, how the body has changed...fat, fat, fat!!!
Sukhmandir Kaur - My pictures are more like late 60's. As a matter of fact, I did sleep in big curlers, with a hooded hair dryer going all night because I have such thick hair. Finally, as I "matured", I said "to heck with that" and just let my hair dry naturally, wore it longer! I've always loved long hair, though - I've always envied Indian women with their beautiful long, flowing locks.
Joanna Jenkins - My only supermodel era was as a teen when I did some modeling for a local department store in Columbus, Georgia....I knew I never had any real chances and headed off to nursing school in New Orleans just before my 18th birthday. Heidi Klum never had any competititon from me!
Sharkbytes - You make me laugh. So much of my college years were spent with my hair pinned up and in stiff white uniforms that were about six inches below our knees.
Glynis - I wish I could be put to sleep for a couple of weeks and wake up the thin girl of my youth. It is so hard to lose weight.
Shiju Sugunan - I do remember being nice and skinny as a young woman...wish I could get that way again but I do love the food of the world - and, since my back surgery 25 years ago and its complications, I rarely get any exercise! I think my face isn't too bad but age isn't very kind.
steviewren - No, I don't think I was ever a hippie. We, Southern belles just didn't get there, certainly not as student nurses at Charity in New Orleans.
Viki - I remember several bell bottom outfits i had in that era. I loved them all.
Pat @ Mille Fiori Favoriti - It's hard to believe that my bell bottom days were nearly a half a century ago. It seems like just yesterday, really.
secret agent woman - Sometimes I wish I could go back to those days and start all over again. There are so many things I would do differently!
Then .... just as beautiful as now. You have such a lovely face, and still a joy for wearing glorious colours. Sending care and huggles, Michelle dowununder in Wellington
