It makes me think about summer storms, and I love summer storms! I find the combination of the white fences and the palms really exotic. Thanks for this unique view!
Bits-N-Pieces - I'm so glad you visited my blog and played!
steviewren - This was such a beautiful spot! A friend and I had cruised from Ensenada, Mexico to Hawaii and, during out stop in Hilo, another forensic nurse friend who runs the sexual assault nurse examiner program there, picked us up at the ship and took us to lunch at the Hilo Yacht Club.
Donna - It was so pretty and peaceful there.
fullet - At my home in Georgia, summer storms are really wild, with huge crashes of thunder and streaking bolts of lightning. In Hawaii, I've never seen that.
Dulce - That is actually the Hilo Yacht Club but, yes, the ocean is right there. A tsunami would not be a good thing!
Ayie - It just rained, nothing bad, and the seas weren't rough when our cruise ship sailed out of Hilo.
ρομπερτ - I hadn't seen that picture in awhile and it brought back wonderful memories.
betchai - I love the ocean, in all its moods, cloudy, sunny - Hawaii is lovely any time!
Pat @ Mille Fiori Favoriti - I see your rainy weekend didn't keep you from the opera, Pat! I loved your photos and post about La Traviata.
ruma2008 - I imagine you've been to Hawaii, Ruma, and I'll bet you have wonderful pictures!
I played!!
