Mellow Yellow Monday, Mini Vehicle, August 16, 2010
These seem to be all the rage these days for San Francisco sightseeing. Many don't mind the rules of the road very well and don't seem very safe, regardless of the helmets worn. I don't know what restrictions they have but they were zipping all over the place the other day at Land's End National Recreational Area when I was out taking pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge.
