Six Word Friday - Circle - June 27, 2014

Matillija poppy - egg yolk circle center,
Large crinkly white crepe paper petals,
Tall blooms, waving in the wind,
Enticing buzzing visitors seeking nectar nirvana.

  7. Beautiful flower and poem, Carmen! I was glad to hear from you and that you have a granddaughter--she is around the same age as my granddaughter! I looked through some of your prior posts --your photography from India is spectacular -- I know it is a very special place for you to be. Safe travels when you go back!
